Can You Help Me?
I regularly hear this question regarding how to improve sexual performance, erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation.
My reply is: Can you help yourself?
Think about your sexual performance as a physical challenge - like climbing a mountain.
You were not born to just be able to climb a mountain.
You will not simply appear on top of the mountain - as though it was your destination.
Rather; it is a journey.
Prime Sexual Performance is the same, that is you have to do the following:
Take responsibility. Your performance should depend on you - it is not the fault of your partner, your up bringing, your mood or the environment.
Fitness, Exercise and Training. You will never be good at anything - unless you exercise and train.
Mental shift:
Make The Decision And Commitment.
Success begins with your mind. It is easy to set goals, the challenge lies in taking ownership of your decision and be determined to improve and make a commitment to yourself that NO ONE else can improve your performance for you.
Taking Ownership
In order to take ownership and you have to first recognize your current performance, quickness or poor erection is a reflection of your previous efforts.
Sadly; most men imagine their sex organs will simply work and no effort is required.
It is important to understand that your body adapts
to what you consistently ask of it.
This realization is most empowering as it puts you in control as you are the only who has the power to make a difference.
Mental Resilience
You may choose to continue being satisfied with your situation, or you may elect to change things up and embark on an exercise and training program -in which case you also require mental resilience.
In order to be determined practice mental conditioning.
I do not mean watch a bunch of porn! Rather visualize yourself being erect, in control of your ejaculation and successfully performing like a super hero.
Replace doubts and negative thoughts with affirmations of ability and progress.
Accountability: The Key To Consistency.
Consistency and Accountability are visa versa:
In order to achieve your goal of outstanding control, stamina and performance you have to exercise and train consistently.
Accountability is the key to consistency.
Taking responsibility for your exercising and training means you are accountable for sticking to your plan.
As always remember:
I think
Therefore - I am
(and can)
