HOW TO BEAT PREMATURE EJACULATION?
So – How does one treat Premature Ejaculation?
You could take an anti depressant, that will most likely help you to start off with, but I have worked with men who can not ejaculate at all after using pills for few years.
Numbing creams and condoms may work for a while – until one day you become so numb that you can no longer get erect. Would it not make sense to find a permanent solution – rather than a quick fix – with side effects?
It is becoming a more accepted fact that Acquired and Habitual Premature Ejaculation (A&HPE) can be treated and even cured with Behavioral Therapy.
But what does an appointment for treatment of premature ejaculation entail?
"Crucial to science education is hands-on involvement, showing, not just telling; real experiments" Martin Rees
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT:
How do you know if I can help you or not?
It is important to note the difference between A&HPE and PE caused by medical conditions.
The quickest way to tell the difference is to examine how long you have been struggling with PE?
If you can safely say you have been ejaculating quickly since you began experimenting with masturbation; then you can be sure that you have acquired the habit of ejaculating too quickly.
The good news is PE that is habitual can be treated with Behavioral Therapy – Whereas; PE caused by a medical condition need to be treated by medical intervention.
Please call me if you would like know more about your type of premature ejaculation.
What to expect in an appointment for treating
In order to treat premature ejaculation it advisable to get a good grasp on how your sex organ works.
An appointment normally entails an in depth lesson on exactly how you ejaculate, as if that process makes sense then the techniques for treating premature ejaculation will also make perfect sense.
t is helpful if you understand orgasm and ejaculation are two different things.
Ejaculation is the sperm leaving the body; a physical function and the extreme euphoria of orgasm – a mental response.
HOW AND WHY IS PRACTICAL THERAPY DONE?
I do not believe it is possible for a man to believe a technique works unless he can see and feel for himself that it actually does work.
I also fail to see how a man can learn something by going for many sessions of talking about the problem.
Therefore my treatment is Practical.
Practical therapy certainly does not include having sex, it does however entail working with your sex organ so you can get the feel of the how to put the techniques into practice.
HOW MANY APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED?
Just like any habit you are trying to break it can take time to overcome, treat and even cure your premature ejaculation.
I show you everything you need to know in ONE appointment. You may then practice, do the exercise and training on your own, without any further help required.
I do offer e-mail and What’s App support, should you get stuck or need a pep talk.
If you would like to do learn Male Multiple Orgasm, or would like more practical training – you may make more appointments.
However, I give you everything you need to treat yourself without any further appointments if you so wish…
WHAT TECHNIQUES ARE REQUIRED FOR BEHAVIORAL THERAPY?
I explain and demonstrate THREE different techniques:
Exercise: How to identify and train the muscles for ejaculation control
Breathing: How to breath to pause ejaculation instantly.
Edging: How to block the urethra properly to prevent ejaculation.
Exercise and Breathing techniques are used for ejaculation control while having sex. Edging is the technique required for Male Multiple Orgasm and used during training sessions only.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
The object of making an appointment is so that you may not only learn about the techniques but also feel how they work. In order for you to get the best feel for controlling ejaculation, I highly recommend that you ejaculate the night before your appointment.
